Our staff of professionals through quarterly reviews and quality inspections will determine the exact course of training required for each individual to achieve his/her goals.
We are in the fortunate position, given the sheer volume of installations we perform, and the number of participating employees/ sub contractors that will attend, many key manufacturers are willing to conduct training seminars using our own in house facilities. Honeywell, Webster Engineering, Power Flame, and MICROTherm representatives just to name a few have conducted seminars at our request, at our home base, for the training of our field force.
Nothing beats on the job training when it comes to our profession. At your beck and call you have several seasoned professionals (with over 200 years of collective experience) with expertise in DOP/DEP code compliance, steam distribution troubleshooting, hydronic systems troubleshooting, waste heat recovery, waste resources recovery, combustion analysis, boiler room renovations, installations, retrofits, punch list/quality control, identifying energy waste, blue print reading, OSHA training, UST/AST removals, abandonments and installations the list goes on and on.
We also encourage and allow time off to attend training from Lochinvar, Fireye, Oil Heat Association Managers Meetings, Siemens, Cleveland Controls, Heat Timer, Pump Sizing Seminars, basic systems design, and advanced systems design. Once again the list is endless.
