Please be advised that I had two Microtherm units installed onto the boilers at Our Lady of Mount Carmel School in October of 1996.
Subsequent to this installation a study was conducted comparing the month of November 1995 without the Microtherm unit and the month of November 1996 with the Microtherm unit. With degree day adjustments calculated into this study the results were as follows:
A savings of $764.59 for the month of November 1996 - a 19.7% reduction!!
In a time of shrinking dollars and high energy costs may I recommend that you consider a Microtherm unit for your facilities.
