Dear Mr. Neillands:
I have worked for St. Joseph's Seminary for over 28 years and we are always interested in saving costs. Mr. Michael Lieshaj informed me that he could save me 10% or more of my fuel costs, without disturbing my normal operations, with a unit called microtherm. Of course I was very apprehensive, but was willing to test it for two months. After two months. I found a savings of over 10% which actually paid for the unit. Since then, I have had microtherm installed oil my Summer boiler and in the Fall will install another on my third boiler.
I have recommended this unit for some of the other locations in the New York Archdiocese.
