MicroTherm saves fuel by functioning as the gatekeeper for the burner control circuit. The Residual Temperature of the Water or Stream - Monitored by a pulse-frequency thermal sensor.

In addition, since the projected life span of a heating system is directly related to the frequency of ignitions, a decrease in the number of cycles will extend a boiler's life proportionately.
